Daniel Collette
President
Dan Collette is the Co-Founder and President of Smart Diaper Corp (SDC), DBA ZealaCare.A chemistry graduate from Brigham Young University with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, he worked for over 20 years for Philips Semiconductors and 10 years for Honeywell Aerospace in engineering and management.Dan holds over 7 patents and 10 patents pending in semiconductor structure, unmanned aerial vehicle designs and patient monitoring and sensing technologies.Working in large international corporations, with multiple expat assignments, Dan has broad experience in manufacturing and engineering as well as a keen understanding of developing products that are innovative with leading edge technology to meet emerging market demands.
Aaron Collette
CEO
Aaron Collette is CEO, with responsibility for marketing programs and sales development. He received his bachelor's degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Marketing. Prior to joining Zealacare, Aaron worked in training, business development, marketing and sales at a startup, a midsize company and a Fortune 500 company. Aaron lives in Phoenix, Arizona and loves being outdoors with his wife and three children.
Mike McDowell

Mike McDowell is the CEO of Zealacare. An Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of New Mexico with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, he worked for 32 years for Honeywell in numerous Engineering and Business Management roles. Mike’s leadership experience in the Aerospace industry has provided valuable lessons in highly technical development efforts that require detailed management and control.
Matt Napier
CTO
Matt Napier is Co-Founder of ZealaCare, he leads the technology and electronic product development for ZealaCare. With an undergraduate and masters of electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado, Matt has spent the last 17 years in industry developing electronic systems for both commercial and aerospace applications. Matt’s experience uniquely qualifies him to take a real world technological needs for our aging population, develop system requirements, manage system engineering and do the low level design definition to realize the solution.
Paul Collette
Human Resources
Paul Collette, Currently a student at Brigham Young University Idaho majoring in Health Care Administration. He is currently working as a Durable Medical Equipment Specialist (DME) for Aspen Home Health and Hospice. Paul’s experience in the assisted living arena is invaluable as we define, test and deploy ZealaCare products.
