The idea of integrating technology into briefs initially began while caring for a family member who struggled with incontinence. Trying to figure out when a wet event might happen was anxiety-inducing and led to lots of extra laundry and a day to day struggle. We realized this is a daily struggle for millions of people and their loved ones. We’re thrilled to present a solution to give families peace of mind and live happier, healthier lives.
Ordering From Zealacare
Ordering is quick and easy - visit our product page, customize your order to your needs (appropriate brief sizing and quantity), and then use the secure and simple checkout process. We recommend beginning with the Zealacare Starter Bundle which includes everything you need to level up your care.
You can place a one-time order or get on a subscription for auto-reordering. We also have a “Shop” section in the Zealacare app where you can order additional items.
Yes, you can use your HSA/FSA funds to purchase the Zealacare Wet Sensor and Zealacare Smart Briefs. You can easily use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Just add the products you would like to buy to your cart. Once finished, proceed through the checkout process like normal and use your FSA or HSA card in place of your debit/credit card.
We offer a 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee. Try the Zealacare Wet Sensor System for 30 days from purchase and return for a full refund if you aren’t satisfied. Just contact our Customer Care Team and don't forget to keep your proof of purchase. Zealacare purchases from authorized retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
Shipping is free on all orders. However, any orders to Alaska or Hawaii will have a surcharge of $12.99.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order processing. Returns must be in new and unopened condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return labels are not provided.
Zealacare Smart Incontinence System
Zealacare’s Starter Bundle includes the reusable Zealacare Wet Sensor, 60 disposable Zealacare Smart Briefs, and Wet Wipes. The Zealacare App is sent to you email once your order is placed and is free to download and use. The Starter Bundle provides everything you need to get started..
The reusable Zealacare Wet Sensor connects to the disposable Zealacare Smart Briefs to detect wet events and estimate overall saturation within the brief. The sensor then sends readings to your smartphone for you to view in real time.
Users can customize notifications and wetness settings so that the device is tailored to individual needs.

Zealacare’s Wet Sensor is one size fits all. The Zealacare Smart Briefs come in three sizes: Small/Medium, Large, and X-Large. For sizing dimensions, please refer to the sizing chart on each product page.
Setting up the Zealacare Wet Sensor System is easy! Download the free Zealacare App on your mobile device of choice. Connect your mobile device to a 2.4G WiFi network, open the Zealacare App and follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup process.
Your smartphone app is the primary notification system for the Zealacare Wet Sensor System. The Zealacare app is designed to notify you when a wet change is needed, and notifications will appear even when the phone is in silent mode.
If you lose WiFi connectivity, you can upgrade to the Premium version of the app which allows you to stay connected via the phone’s bluetooth and data plan and receive notifications even outside of a WiFi network.
The Zealacare Wet Sensor is hermetically sealed, which means it is resistant to liquids. We recommend wiping it clean with a wet towel, as needed.
The Zealacare App is free to download in the App Store or Google Play Store and free to use. For premium features like bluetooth and phone data connectivity (continued monitoring outside of a WiFi network) and for the ability to add more than 3 caregivers, you will need to upgrade to the Premium version of the app.
The Zealacare Wet Sensor will last around 10 days with continual monitoring and use before it needs to be recharged. We recommend charging the sensor while showering or bathing, and a full charge typically takes around 45 minutes.
